Description
FOS Capital Limited (‘FOS’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Thursday, 3 June 2021. Official quotation of FOS’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 11:00 AM AEST on Monday, 7 June 2021.
FOS raised $3,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its replacement prospectus dated 7 June 2021 (‘Replacement Prospectus’) by the issue of 12,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares at an issue price of $0.25 per share.
