On September 15, 2025, Forward Industries, Inc., a New York corporation (the “ Company ”), issued a press release announcing that the Company’s initial liquid Solana token (“ SOL ”) purchases totaled 6,822,000 at an average of $232 per SOL for a total cost of approximately $1.58 billion.
