New Britain Joint Venture with Frontier Resources Ltd Terminated
Quintessential Resources Ltd (ASX:QRL) advises that the 50/50 contributing Joint Venture with Frontier Resources Ltd (ASX:FNT) on the island of New Britain, Papua New Guinea has been terminated effective immediately.
The Joint Venture consisted of the following ELs, that have reverted 100% to the original holders. The Open Bay and Nakanai Mountains EL Applications were withdrawn in 2013.
