Torque Mining Presentations in Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart

Frontier Resources Ltd is pleased to advise that Bob McNeil, Managing Director of Torque Mining Ltd, will give presentations on Frontier subsidiary, Torque Mining Ltd in the above cities in late October.

Torque Mining Ltd is a “spin off” from Frontier Resources Ltd of Frontier’s Tasmanian properties. Torque has progressed since the original announcement of the “spin off” by Frontier in April 2012. Torque and BCD Resources NL have just signed a Joint Venture whereby one of Torque’s gold deposits will be treated through BCD’s Beaconsfield plant. At this stage we cannot reliably forecast earnings from this Joint Venture until the Feasibility Study is completed later this year; however, we believe they will be substantial in late 2013 and 2014.

Torque raised $1 million in seed capital recently, mostly from Frontier shareholders, and these funds will take Torque through into 2013. Frontier shareholders will receive in-specie Torque shares after approval at the Frontier AGM in November. We believe this will be of great assistance in meeting our spread and making the IPO planned for early 2013 a success. The in-specie shares have little value to Frontier shareholders unless Torque successfully list on ASX.
