DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Mr Martin Otway has resigned as Non-Executive Director of Frontier Resources Limited.

Frontier’s Chairman, Mr Peter McNeil said “Martin has made a valuable contribution as a Director of the Company and the Board would like to wish him well in his future endeavors” .

The reduction in Board size is an immediate savings in corporate and operating costs.
