Lanthanein Resources Limited (ASX: LNR) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Lanthanein Resources Limited (‘LNR’) will be halted at the request of LNR, pending the release of an announcement by LNR.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 5 June 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Lanthanein Resources Limited ( Company ) hereby requests a trading halt in the Company’s securities in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement in relation to a material capital raising.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to the commencement of trading on Thursday, 5 June 2025.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

The Company is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

This trading halt request has been authorised for release by the Board.
