Description

The securities of Lanthanein Resources Ltd (‘LNR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of LNR, pending it releasing an announcement. Request for Trading Halt

Lanthanein Resources Limited ( Company ) hereby requests a trading halt in the Company’s securities in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement in relation to a material capital raising.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to the commencement of trading on Friday, 3 May 2024.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

The Company is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
