Lanthanein Resources Limited (ASX: LNR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Lanthanein Resources Limited (‘LNR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of LNR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 1 February 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Lanthanein Resources Limited ( Company ) hereby requests a trading halt in the Company’s securities in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement in relation to a material capital raise.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 1 February 2023.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

The Company is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
