Extension of Closing Date of Share Purchase Plan

Frontier Resources Limited ( Frontier ) advises that the Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ) which was announced on 17[th] June 2016 and was due to close on the 6 July 2016 has been extended until Thursday, 14 July 2016. The extension will ensure eligible shareholder may participate in the SPP.

The revised timetable for the SPP is as follows:

Lodge Appendix 3B, Issue of new shares under the Share Purchase Plan	21 July 2016
Dispatch of holding statements/ confirmation advices	26 July 2016
Quotation commences	27 July 2016
