GRANT OF EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE OPTIONS
Frontier Resources Limited (the Company ) advises that it has made formal offers to employees and technical staff to subscribe for up to 32,200,000 Company options exercisable at 0.26¢ on or before 30 December 2017. The exercise price represents the 10-day volume weighted average price of the Company’s shares immediately prior to the date on which the price was agreed, being Wednesday, 20 May 2015.
