Inadvertent Suspension from Trading on ASX

Frontier Resources Ltd (the Company ) advises that following completion of the Company’s 20-for-1 consolidation on Wednesday 9 December 2015, the Company has become aware that its ordinary shares were inadvertently placed in suspension. The suspension was lifted during the course of trade on Friday, 11 December 2015.

Following completion of the consolidation of capital, Frontier has a total of 29,099,646 ordinary shares on issue and 1,400,000 unquoted options with various exercise prices and dates outstanding.
