Non-Renounceable Rights Offer Closure and Notice of Shortfall
Frontier Resources Limited (ASX Code FNT) advises that the recent non-renounceable rights offer of 38,000,000 New Shares at an issue price of 0.007 cents per share on the basis of one (1) New Share for every eight (8) Shares held to raise up to $266,000 closed on 18[th] October 2013. The results of the entitlement issue are as follows:
