CAPITAL RAISING TOTALS - $10,010,053.70

Directors are pleased to announce that the capital raising consisting of the Share Purchase Plan and Placements at $0.23 has closed.

The total amount raised was $10,010,053.70.

2,981,904 shares have been allotted from the second round of placements and the exercise of options plus an additional 8,695,653 shares ($2 million) will be allotted to Ok Tedi Mining Ltd once their corporate process has been finalised.

Chairman and Managing Director Peter McNeil stated:

This is a fantastic result for Frontier which demonstrates the confidence the market has in the Company's management to maximise the full potential of our highly prospective tenement portfolio.

I have just returned from Andewa after verifying the location of the first 3 planned drill holes.

Frontier is at a very exciting stage of its development as we begin our 10,000m drilling program at Andewa.

Quotation agreement
