Director Appointment and Resignation

Frontier Resources Limited ( Frontier ) is pleased to advise that Ms. Jessica O’Neil has been appointed NonExecutive Director of Frontier. Jessica completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sydney, following which she worked with a Sydney CBD-based firm. Since moving to Perth in 2011, Jessica has worked principally in Family Law, completing her Masters of Applied Law, and is currently Head of Department in Family and De facto Law at Dwyer Durack.

Her legal practice involves principally complex property disputes involving trusts, corporate structures and third party interests.

Frontier further advises that Mr Nathan Lude has resigned from the Board of Frontier. The Board thanks Mr Lude for his contribution to the Board during his tenure.

Following the resignation of Mr Lude, Mr Alec Pismiris has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the Company effective immediately.
