COMPANY SECRETARY APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Frontier Resources Ltd (ASX: FNT) announces that Mr. Matthew Foy has been appointed to the role of Company Secretary.
Simultaneously, the Company wishes to advise that Mr. Jay Stephenson and Ms. Julia Beckett have resigned as Joint Company Secretaries. The Board thanks Mr. Stephenson and Ms. Beckett for their contributions to the Company over the past 6 years.
