DIRECTOR RESIGNS

Frontier Resources Ltd announces that Non-Executive Director Graham Fish has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.

Graham was a founding director who helped list TasGold Ltd (Frontier Resources’ previous name) on the ASX more than 11 years ago and has generally assisted with the audit committee, EL data reviews /editing and exploration /corporate oversight.
