TRADING HALT

The securities of Frontier Resources Ltd (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 1 December 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

Frontier Resources Limited ( Frontier or the Company ) advises that Mr Warren Staude and Mr David Swain have resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company ahead of the annual general meeting scheduled for Friday, 28 November 2014 at 11.30am (WST) (the Notice ).

Accordingly, the Company advises that the following resolutions contained in the Notice have been withdrawn:

• Resolution 3 – Re-Election of Director - Mr Hugh David Swain

• Resolution 5 – Re-Election of Director - Mr Graham Fish

• Resolution 6 – Re-Election of Director - Mr Warren Staude

• Resolution 10 – Issue Options to Related Party – Mr Hugh David Swain

• Resolution 11 – Issue of Options to Related Party – Mr Graham Fish

• Resolution 12 – Issue of Options to Related Party – Mr Warren Staude

Following the resignation of Messrs Staude and Swain the Company hereby requests a trading halt be placed on its securities effective immediately, pending an announcement in relation to new Board appointments.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to the commencement of trading on Monday, 1 December 2014.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
