Release of Shares from Escrow
Mighty Kingdom Limited (ASX:MKL) advises that 52,496,666 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from escrow on 2 October 2023. As disclosed in the Prospectus dated 10 March 2021, shares and options held by Escrowed Shareholders and Optionholders would be subject to escrow arrangements for 24 months from the date of quotation.
