Calling of Extraordinary General Meeting
28 February 2024
Mighty Kingdom Limited (“ the Company ”) advises that an Extraordinary General Meeting ( EGM ) of shareholders will take place on Friday 31 May 2024.
As previously announced to the ASX (refer announcements dated 29 December 2023 and 5 February 2024), the Company completed an issue of Convertible Notes to sophisticated and professional investors.
Under the terms of the issue, the Convertible Notes are convertible to Fully Paid Ordinary Shares in the Company, subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting to be called by the Company.
Accordingly, the Board has called the EGM to be held at 4:00pm Adelaide time on Friday 31 May 2024.
Further details of the EGM, including the Notice of Meeting, will be provided to shareholders in due course in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
This release has been approved by the Board of Mighty Kingdom Limited.
