Extension of Prospectus Closing Date and Additional Issue

Mighty Kingdom Limited (ASX:MKL)(the Company) advises that the closing date under its cleansing prospectus ( Prospectus ) dated 11 June 2024 is extended.

The new closing date is 5:00pm Adelaide time on Tuesday 18 June 2024. The previous closing date was Friday 14 June 2024.

The Company wishes to advise that due to an inadvertent over-allocation during the Placement Bookbuild process, an additional $175,000 will be accepted by the Company on the same terms as the Placement previously announced on 24 April 2024. An Appendix 3B in respect of the additional allocation is enclosed.

The directors of the Company reserve the right to extend the closing date of the Prospectus again, and any extension of the closing date will have a consequential effect on the anticipated date of issue of the securities under the Prospectus.
