Mighty Kingdom Limited (ASX: MKL) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Mighty Kingdom Limited (‘MKL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MKL, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 15 December 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Mighty Kingdom Limited (ASX: MKL or ‘the Company’) requests that a trading halt be granted by the ASX with respect to the Company’s securities quoted on the ASX from the commencement of trading today, 13 December 2021.
The information required under Listing Rule 17.1 is set out below:
1. The Company requests a trading halt pending an announcement regarding a capital raising (“Capital Raise”).
2. The trading halt should remain in place until the earlier of the release of an announcement by the Company concerning the Capital Raise or the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 15 December 2021.
3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
4. There is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
