MIGHTY KINGDOM APPOINTS AMY GUAN AS CFO 7 June 2021 – Mighty Kingdom Limited (“ Mighty Kingdom ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Amy Guan as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 7th 2021. Ms Guan is a finance professional with over 10 years experience acting in leading financial roles for a range of technology and software businesses in Australia. Ms. Guan was most recently Finance Director of LIFX (subsidiary of Buddy Technologies Limited (ASX:BUD)) and prior to that, Chief Financial Officer of Harris Technology Group Ltd (ASX:HT8). Ms Guan holds a Masters of Professional Accounting from University of New South Wales and is a Certified Practising Accountant.
Mighty Kingdom conducted a targeted and thorough search and considered a number of strong candidates for its Chief Financial Officer position. The Company has appointed Ms Guan given her ASX experience, history of success in high growth technology businesses and proven track record of strategic execution. Mighty Kingdom Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Philip Mayes commented: “We’re thrilled to have Amy join the team, she not only brings technical skills and ASX experience but importantly is culturally aligned with our values. This is an important step in the growth of the company as we aim to deliver on our strategy as outlined during our recent IPO.”
