Further to the maturity of the Forterra 2020 Save As You Earn Scheme (SAYE) on 1 December 2023, on 4th June 2024 the Company was notified by the scheme's administrators, Link Group, of the following PDMR transaction. The PDMR listed below exercised options over the share capital of the Company as follows:
