PCA Shareholdings
The Company was notified on 12 April 2022 that Mr. Robert Harrison, the son and a person closely associated with Stephen Harrison, Chief Executive Officer, had purchased 1,726 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 229.899 pence per share on 12 April 2022.
Robert Harrison's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company now stands at 2,870 Ordinary Shares.
The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
