Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

Forterra plc (the "Company") announces the following transactions by PDMRs, which took place as part of the non-pre-emptive placing of new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Placing") at a price of 195 pence per share (the "Placing Price") on  2 July 2020.

As part of the Placing, the directors of the Company subscribed for an aggregate of 34,870 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company, at the Placing Price.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
