Forterra plc (the "Company")

Director / PDMR Shareholdings

Further to the maturity of the Forterra 2016 Save As You Earn Scheme (SAYE) on 1 December 2019, on 4 December 2019 the Company was notified by the scheme's administrators, Link Group, of the following PDMR transaction. The PDMR listed below exercised options over the share capital of the Company as follows:

The exercise price of £1.35 was set upon the launch of the scheme in 2016 in line with HMRC rules.
