Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 9 September 2019 that on 5 September 2019  Shatish Dasani, Chief Financial Officer transferred 64,692 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company to his wife Mrs Dina Dasani.

There is no change in Shatish Dasani's beneficial shareholding in the Company which remains at 177,475 ordinary shares.
