Company Secretary Change

Forterra plc (the "Company") announces that with effect from 1 January 2020, Ashley Thompson, Company Solicitor has been appointed as Company Secretary following the promotion of the previous Company Secretary and Director of Finance, Ben Guyatt, to the role of CFO.

Ashley qualified as a solicitor with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and joined the Company in 2015.
