FORTEC Elektronik AG intents to take over the assets of AUTRONIC Steuer-
und Regeltechnik GmbH & Co. KG. The taking over contract provides a right
of retreat and various deferring conditions till May, 15th 2007.

AUTRONIC reached a turnover of 5 Million Euro in the fiscal year 2006 and
develops, produces and distributes essentially DC/DC converters for
customers specifically.

FORTEC Elektronik AG provides 1.5 Million Euro from own resources for the
purchase of the assets and to finance the business.
