During BY 2012/13 (01.07.2012 - 30.06.2013)the record turnover of last
year's BY of 47.8 million EUR could not be achieved, however with 44.5
million EUR still was considerable higher than the average figures of the
past.

The profit before tax and interest (EBIT) was 2.4 million EUR (prev.year
2.9 million EUR). In BY 2012/13, profit after tax was 1.8 million EUR or 60
Cent per share compared to 2.2 million EUR resp. 75 Cent last year.

Therefore, the managers' board suggests a dividend payment of 50 Cent per
share - same as in previous years.

The group's capital is 22 million EUR, there are no bank liabilities and
cash-on-hand reserves amount to 7.2 million EUR.
