After the record year of 2010/11 topping with utmost figures in turnover
and result, the technology company FORTEC again continued its track of
success on the market during the first six months of new BY 2011/12 (01.07.
-31.12.2011).

Thus, turnover of 21.7 million EUR in previous year increased to 24.1
million EUR; EBIT also rose above average from 0.77 million EUR to 0.96
million EUR - and profit after tax escalated by 20% to now 0.7 million EUR.

In spite of the current uncertainty within the market, FORTEC expects at
least same satisfactory result again for the upcoming second half of this
BY. Therefore, payment of a dividend of 0.50 EUR - same as last year - is
to be justified also for BY 2011/12.
