During business year 2006/07 (01.07.2006 – 30.06.2007), again FORTEC
achieved a profit before tax of EUR 2.7 million (prev.year EUR 2.6 million)
based on a turnover of EUR 42 million (prev.year EUR 45 million) and due to
higher margins.

Because of a raised tax rate, the net income reduced to EUR 1.6 million in
business year 2006/07 compared to previous year of EUR 1.7 million.

The cash flow from operative section amounts to 3.3 million EUR.

Liquid assets are 5 million EUR as per 30.06.2007.

FORTEC Elektronik AG is a technology company in the field of embedded
solutions with a company capital of 18 million EUR. The company is listed
in the Prime Standard, has no bank obligations and continuously generates
profit year by year for more than 20 years.
