FORTEC: Again record results during business year 2005/06 (01.07.2005-30.06.2006)

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Turnover increased by 10 million EUR from 35 million EUR in previous year to 45 million EUR. This result was exclusively due to organic growth. The net profit of 1,68 million EUR achieved in business year 2005/06 is again a record result alike to those of previous years. During last 5 years, the net profits continuously increased, like in business year 2001/02 with 1,02 million EUR, in 2002/03 with 1,19 million EUR, in 2003/04 with 1,33 million EUR and in 2004/05 with 1,55 million EUR. This profit growth of 65% during preceding 5 years could be financed only by cash-flow without any capital necessary. In fact, the group works only with own capital which amounts to 72% based on a balance of 20,4 million EUR. The capital interest after tax amounts to 12%. From today’s point of view, a continuous and stable profit growth for the coming quarters is expected.
