Bundesrepublik Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section
1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on FORTEC Elektronik
Aktiengesellschaft, Landsberg/Lech, Deutschland, have exceeded the 15%,
20%, 25% and 30% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 27, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 31.41% (this corresponds to 928111 Voting Rights).
