The board of directors unanimously agreed that the managers Bullinger and
Traum working for the company for many years shall be appointed for the
board of directors as per 01.07.2012.

Markus Bullinger (47) was - up to now - responsible for the operative
business of displays and embedded computers of the FORTEC AG. From now on,
he will be in charge of the entire section of data visualisation.

Jörg Traum (42) was and still is executive manager of the successful
subsidiary EMTRON. As per now, he will be responsible for
the entire distribution section of power supplies.

The exclusive manager of directors Dieter Fischer (60) will still remain as
CEO responsible for the continuity as regards the company's business and
further more push the European expansion of the group.

The FORTEC Elektronik AG is a technological company specialized in the
section of embedded solutions with own capital of over 20 million EUR. The
company is listed in Prime Standard, has no bank obligations and makes
profit year after year since 25 years.
