NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

Dear Shareholder,

On behalf of your Board, I invite you to a General Meeting ( Meeting ) of IPB Petroleum Limited ( IPB or Company ). The Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 21 February 2024 commencing at 9:00am (AEDT).

Attending the Meeting

Shareholders and proxy holders wishing to attend the Meeting in person can do so at the offices of Baker McKenzie, Level 19, 181 William Street, Melbourne, Victoria. The registration desk for the Meeting will be open from 8:30am (AEDT) and shareholders and proxy holders will need to register their attendance prior to entering the Meeting. Even if you plan to attend the Meeting, we encourage you to submit a directed proxy vote as early as possible so that your vote will be counted if for any reason you cannot vote on the day.

Notice of Meeting (NoM) and Voting Form

The NoM and other important information about the Meeting are available for download from IPB’s website at https://www.ipbpet.com.au

The Voting Form can be accessed at https://investorcentre.linkgroup.com

Items of Business

The items of business to be considered at the Meeting are set out in the NoM, along with the explanatory notes containing further details of those items, and any other important information in relation to the Meeting.

In the event that it is necessary for the Company to give further updates, information will be provided on the Company’s website and lodged with the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ).
