Forrester Research, Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on May 8, 2012 at the offices of the Company, 60 Acorn Park Drive, Cambridge, Massachusetts, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.

The Board of Directors recommends that you vote FOR the following proposals:

1. To elect the following Director nominees:

02 - Gretchen G. Teichgraeber

1. To ratify the selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2012.

2. To approve, by non-binding vote, executive compensation.

3. To approve an amendment of the Forrester Research, Inc. 2006 Equity Incentive Plan and related items.
