Formula Systems Reports the Exercise of Options into Shares of the Company

Or-Yehuda, Israel – March 25, 2010 – Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. (NASDAQ: FORTY) a provider of information technology products, solutions and services, announced today that options to purchase 396,000 shares of the Company were exercised by the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

The shares issuable upon the exercise of the options shall be held by a trustee in accordance with the terms of the option grant.

Following the exercise of the options as aforesaid, the Company has 13,596,000 ordinary shares outstanding.
