Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 13, 2026, Kevin Brewer, a director of FormFactor, Inc. (the “Company”), advised the Company's Board of Directors (the “Board”) that he will not stand for re-election at the Company’s 2026 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Brewer’s decision to not stand for re-election is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
