The shares were repurchased at an average price of €2.72 per share, for a total amount of €135,490. These repurchases were made in accordance with the authorisation granted by the ForFarmers Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 13 April 2023. The authorisation concerns the buy-back of shares for ForFarmers to fulfil its obligations arising from (depositary receipts for) share-related incentive schemes and obligations from employee participation plans 2022. It concerns a maximum of 625,000 shares, for a maximum amount of €3,125,000.
The total number of shares that has been repurchased to date according to these programmes is 306,462 shares, for a total amount of €876,519.

De aandelen zijn ingekocht met een gemiddelde prijs van €2,72 per aandeel, voor een totaalbedrag van €135.490. Deze inkopen zijn gedaan in overeenstemming met de machtiging verleend door de Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders van ForFarmers op 13 april 2023. De machtiging betreft de inkoop van eigen aandelen zodat ForFarmers haar verplichtingen kan nakomen die voortvloeien uit (certificaten van) aandelen-gerelateerde beloningsplannen en verplichtingen uit medewerkersparticipatieplannen 2022. Het gaat om maximaal 625.000 aandelen, voor een maximaal bedrag van €3.125.000,-.
Het totaal aantal aandelen dat tot op heden volgens dit programma is ingekocht bedraagt 306.462 aandelen, voor een totaalbedrag van €876.519.
