2023 Annual General Meeting
Foresta Group Holdings Limited (ASX: FGH, “Foresta” or the “Company”) is a leading natural and renewable pine chemical and biomass pellet manufacturing company.
Foresta advises that its 2023 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 11.00am (AEDT) on Tuesday, 28 November 2023.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 17 October 2023.
Further details regarding the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be made available to shareholders and the ASX in late October 2023.
