Confirmation of announcement date of the results of the Initial Issue
Further to its prospectus published on 28 October 2021 in relation to the Company's Initial Public Offering (the "Prospectus"), the Company confirms that the date for the Announcement of the results of the Initial Issue will be 8.00am on 19 November 2021 as opposed to the 23 November 2021 as stated in the Prospectus. All other dates and times in relation to the close remain as stated in the Prospectus.
