Foresight Solar Fund Limited (the "Company") Transaction by a Director of Foresight Solar Fund Limited

The Company has been notified that Christopher Ambler, a director of the Company, has applied for £10,000 worth of the new ordinary shares under the Initial Placing and Offer for Subscription announced on 3 March 2017 ("New Shares") (or 9,280 New Shares) at the Initial Placing and Offer Price per ordinary share of 107.75 pence per share, subject to the approval of the admission of the New Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

In total Christopher Ambler will be interested in 9,280 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.00224 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital following Admission.
