Conclusion of Audit Tender Process

Foresight Solar, a sustainability-focused fund investing in solar and battery storage assets in the UK and internationally, announces that it has concluded its audit tender process.

Following a formal competitive tender process, which was overseen by the Company's Audit and Risk Committee, it is the Company's intention to re-appoint KPMG LLP as its external auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2024, subject to shareholder approval at its 2024 Annual General Meeting.

The selection to re-appoint KPMG was unanimously recommended by the Audit and Risk Committee and has been approved by the Company's Board.

Full details of the audit tender process and evaluation criteria will be included in the Company's 2023 Annual Report.
