Issue of Second Supplementary Prospectus

The board announces that it has published a second supplementary prospectus (Second Supplementary Prospectus) relating to the issue of up to 55 million shares in connection with the merger with Foresight 3 VCT plc through an acquisition of all of its assets and liabilities and the offer for subscription to raise up to £50 million with an over-allotment facility for a further £50 million through the issue of shares.

The Second Supplementary Prospectus refers to the proposed changes to the rules governing Venture Capital Trusts pursuant to the Patient Capital Review.

Copies of the Second Supplementary Prospectus have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
