נס ציונה, ישראל , 23 בדצמבר, 2025 - חברת פורסייט אוטונומס הולדינגס בע"מ, המתמחה בתחום מערכות לתפיסת מרחב תלת ממדית, שמניותיה נסחרות בבורסות נאסד"ק ותל אביב )סימול: FRSX), הודיעה היום כי חתמה על הסכם שיתוף פעולה אסטרטגי רב -שלבי למערכות תפיסת המרחב התלת -ממדית שלה עם Zeda ("Korea Zeda (".Ltd Korea, יצרנית דרום קוריאנית מובילה של כלי רכב לבטיחות בדרכים ותחזוקת תשתיות.

הצדדים ישתפו פעולה בתכנון, פיתוח ומסחור של פתרונות מתקדמים מבוססי בינה מלאכותית (AI (להפחתת התנגשויות ולשיפור הבטיחות בדרכים אשר יוטמעו בצי הרכב הקיים של Korea Zeda וכן ב יישומים נרחבים יותר בתחום הבטיחות בדרכים וניהול תשתיות רכבות וציוד נלווה.

הפרויקט מטמיע את מערכות המצלמות הסטריאוסקופיות הכפולות של פורסייט, המשלבות מצלמות אור-נראה ומצלמות אינפרה- אדום תרמיות המותקנות ב רכבי שירות או סיור, לצורך ניטור רציף של נתיבי הדרך וזיהוי מצבי סיכון. באמצעות בינה מלאכותית, המערכת מגלה אזורים מוגבלים על ידי ניתוח גבולות הדרך ותוואי הכביש בזמן אמת. מודעות מרחבית משופרת זו מפחיתה באופן משמעותי את הסיכון להתנגשויות, מסייעת במניעת כניסת כלי רכב לא מורשים לאזורי עבודה מוגבלים , ומספקת שכבת הגנה נוספת לעובדי הדרך ולנהגים, גם בתנאי מזג אוויר קשים ובתנאי ראות נמוכה.

שיתוף הפעולה תומך בהמשך הרחבת פעילותה והיצע מוצריה של פורסייט בדרום קוריאה, בהמשך לפעילויות קודמות ביפן. בהתבסס על נוכחותה ההולכת וגדלה באסיה, פורסייט מאיצה מסחור, מרחיבה את יישומי מוצריה ומחזקת את נוכחותה האזורית בתחום הבטיחות בדרכים ופתרונות תשתית .

Foresight Expands Road Safety Product Outreach in South Korea with a Strategic Cooperation Agreement

Ness Ziona, Israel – December 23, 2025 - Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq and TASE: FRSX) ("Foresight" or the "Company"), an innovator in 3D perception systems, announced today entering into a multi-phase strategic cooperation agreement for its 3D perception systems with Zeda Korea Ltd. ("Zeda Korea"), a leading South Korean manufacturer of road safety and infrastructure maintenance vehicles.

The parties will collaborate to design, develop, and commercialize advanced artificial intelligence ("AI")- based collision reduction and road safety solutions to be integrated into Zeda Korea's existing vehicle fleet, as well as for broader road safety and railroad management applications and related equipment.

The project integrates Foresight's dual stereoscopic camera systems combining visible-light and thermal infrared cameras installed on service or patrol vehicles to continuously monitor road lanes and detect hazardous situations. Using AI, the system detects restricted areas by segmenting road boundaries and contours in real time. This enhanced situational awareness significantly reduces the risk of collisions, helps prevent unauthorized vehicle entry into restricted work zones, and provides an added layer of protection for road workers and drivers, including in harsh weather and low-visibility conditions.

The collaboration supports Foresight's continued expansion of its business and product offering in South Korea, following earlier project activities in Japan.
