Ref: Earlier Intimations by Force Motors Limited dated 4[th] February, 2026 and 6[th] February, 2026, under Regulation 30 – Update on Acquisition.

Dear Sir / Madam,

In continuation to our earlier aforementioned intimations dated 4[th] February, 2026 and 6[th] February, 2026, and in terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that, the Company has executed a Share Purchase Agreement, by and between the Company, Veera Tanneries Private Limited (“ VTPL ”) and shareholders of VTPL on 23[rd] April, 2026.

The total consideration for purchase of entire shareholding of VTPL was Rs. 161,96,25,729.

Pursuant to such acquisition, VTPL has now become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.

Further, the disclosures required under SEBI LODR Regulations in line with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30[th] January, 2026 and other applicable SEBI Circular(s) have already been furnished vide our previous intimation dated 4[th] February, 2026.
