This has reference to our letter dated 12th February 2021 with respect to issue of Unlisted Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement basis.

In this connection, and in terms of the provisions of Regulations 30 (read with Part A of Schedule Ill) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Debenture Committee of the Board on 15th February 2021, has allotted 190 NCDs of face value Rs. 1,00,00,000/- (Rupees one crore only) each, for cash, aggregating to Rs. 190,00,00,000/- (Rupees one hundred and ninety crore only) on private placement basis.
