2024 Updated Financial Calendar for Fondul Proprietatea S.A.

Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity of alternative investment fund manager of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. (the "Fund"), would like to inform shareholders and investors regarding the amendment of the 2024 financial calendar for Fondul Proprietatea S.A. published on 15 January 2024.

The update refers to the date of holding the Fund's 2024 Annual General Shareholders Meeting ("2024 Annual GSM"), respectively the date for publishing the Annual Report as of 31 December 2023 (the "2023 Annual Report"). Thus, instead of 22 April 2024 previously disclosed as the 2024 Annual GSM date, this will be held on 29 April 2024, and the date of publishing the 2023 Annual Report will be 30 April 2024, instead of 24 April 2024, initially disclosed.
