2017 Updated Financial Calendar for Fondul Proprietatea SA

Franklin Templeton Investment Management Ltd. United Kingdom Bucharest Branch, in its capacity as Investment Manager of Fondul Proprietatea SA, hereby, would like to inform shareholders and investors regarding the amendment of the 2017 financial calendar for Fondul Proprietatea SA.

The update refers to the date for filing the Annual Report as at 31 December 2016 with the Financial Supervisory Authority and the Bucharest Stock Exchange (the "2016 Annual Report"). Thus, instead of 28 April 2017 as previously disclosed, the date of filing the Report will be 26 April 2016.
